About
About Crush Job
Crush Job is one desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux that takes you from job ad to job offer. Its four modules tailor your resume to the posting (Rezi Ninja), build an interview battle card (Interview Killer), run scored mock interviews (Mock It!) and show AI-suggested notes during a live interview (Crush Coach).
What Crush Job does
One app, four modules, one for each step from the posting to the interview itself.
Prep
Interview Killer
Turns the posting into battle cards (interview prep sheets) and STAR stories.
More about Interview Killer
How it's priced
There is a free tier that is genuinely usable, with no card required. Paid plans and credit packs are on the pricing page, with every plan's caps printed on its card. Every action shows what it will cost in credits before you commit to it.
Who builds it
Kai Novak
Founder of Crush Job
Crush Job is built by Crush Job LLC, a small independent company.
I built Crush Job because a job hunt is a pipeline: the ad, the resume, the prep, the practice, and then the interview itself. Most tools cover one step and leave you to stitch the rest together. Crush Job puts the whole run in one app, so the work you do at one step carries into the next.
