Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our purchase policy

Everything you buy from Crush Job is ready to use the moment you pay, so we don't offer refunds on plans, passes or credit packs. You can cancel a plan any time, and you'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Cancelling a monthly or yearly plan

Cancel any time at /account/cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access and your remaining allowance until the end of the period you already paid for.

Passes

90-day Interview Ready, 90-day All Access and 6-Month All Access passes are paid once and never renew. There is nothing to cancel.

Credit packs

Credit packs are good for one year from the day you buy them, and your oldest credits are always used first. Your credits stay with your account, so if you delete your account, any unused credits go with it.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If something looks wrong with a charge, including a duplicate payment, email support@crushjob.ai and we'll make it right. We'll also always provide any refund the law requires.

Disputes

Email support@crushjob.ai first so we can help resolve a disputed charge.
