  1. New

    Search the whole site

    • A magnifier in the header opens a search box that looks through the whole site: features, pricing, blog posts, job descriptions, comparisons and the user manual.
    • The user manual has its own search box at the top of the page. It searches only the manual and takes you straight to the right section.
  2. Improved

    Interview Copilot is now Crush Coach

    • The live interview module has a new name: Crush Coach. Same tool: it listens to the interview, surfaces your prepared stories in real time, and writes your debrief afterwards.
    • Your data carries over untouched. Sessions, debriefs, and settings are all still there, and your plan and credits are exactly as they were.
    • Its page now lives at crushjob.ai/features/crush-coach, and the old address forwards there.
  3. Improved

    crushjob.ai has a new look

    • The whole website has been redesigned: bolder type, clearer structure, and one bright green colour that always marks the thing to click.
    • The homepage now walks through the four rounds of a job hunt, from tailoring your resume to the live interview, with a real look at what each tool shows you.
    • Plans are laid out side by side in one table, with a monthly and yearly switch, so you can compare what each one includes at a glance.
    • Each tool's page carries its own colour, and keyboard focus is clearly visible everywhere on the site.
    • Nothing about your account, your plan or your prices has changed.
  4. New

    Crush Job now runs on Mac and Linux too

    • Crush Job downloads for macOS and Linux as well as Windows — the same app, the same four modules, the same files on your own computer.
    • On a Mac it's an installer package signed and notarized by Apple: open the .pkg, follow the steps, and Crush Job lands in your Applications folder. No "unidentified developer" warning to click past.
    • On Linux it's a single self-contained AppImage — nothing to install and no package manager involved. Mark it executable and open it; the first run offers to add it to your applications menu.
    • Whichever platform you're on, Crush Job keeps itself up to date automatically from then on.
    • Pick your platform on the download page and it hands you the right file.
  5. Fixed

    Module icons, your invite QR code and the setup picture are back

    • Recent versions of the installed desktop app were missing a few pictures: the small icons beside each module name along the top, the QR code on the Refer a friend tab, and the illustration on the setup step that links your computer.
    • Version 4.6.0 brings all three back. The app updates itself, or click "Check for Updates" in Account.

    Your plan is recognised again in the installed app

    • Recent versions of the installed desktop app could fail to confirm your plan. Account showed "Waiting for your plan details", and Interview Killer, Mock It! and Interview Copilot could appear locked even on a paid plan.
    • Version 4.5.0 fixes it. The app updates itself, or click "Check for Updates" in Account, then "Refresh Plan".
    • Nothing you had made in the app was affected — your profiles, documents, battle cards and history are all where you left them.

    Your job tracker, battle cards and mock scores, on the website

    • Sign in to crushjob.ai and your Job Tracker is right there, alongside every battle card Interview Killer has built and every Mock It! score you've earned — latest, best, average, and a trend over time.
    • Add a job or edit one from the website, and the change reaches your computer the next time it syncs — no need to open the app first.
    • Each battle card opens exactly as the app renders it, with the same download you'd get from the app, under the same filename.
    • The desktop app now syncs quietly in the background about every fifteen minutes while it's open, not just when it starts — or click "Sync Now" in Account to send it right away.
    • Closing the app now sends one last sync of whatever's new on that computer, so a card you finish just before quitting reaches your dashboard without waiting for the next launch.
    • Account shows where your sync stands, and updates on its own: "Syncing now" while a pass is running, "Up to date" once everything has gone across, and "Still catching up" while a big first sync is still working through.
    • Setting up Crush Job for the first time now asks whether you want Cloud Data Sync on, instead of leaving it for you to find later.

    Refer a friend, from inside the app

    • Version 4.2.0 of the desktop app adds a "Refer a friend" tab to Account. Your invite link and code are there, along with Copy Link, Copy Message, and Email a Friend.
    • There's a QR code you can scan with your phone's camera, so you can text your link from the phone you'd actually text from.
    • The tab also shows how it's going: how many friends have used your link, how many went on to buy, and how many credits you've earned so far.
    • Got a promo code from a card or an ad? There's a box for it on the same tab, and the credits land on your account right away.
    • The app updates itself, so you'll get this the next time it checks for updates.

    Invite friends and earn credits

    • Every account now has its own invite link and QR code, right on your Account page. Copy it, email it, or — on a phone — text it straight from the page.
    • When a friend signs up with your link, they get a welcome bonus of credits automatically. When they make their first paid purchase, credits land in your own balance too — nothing to claim, nothing to remember.
    • Your Account page tracks it all: how many friends have signed up, how many have gone on to buy, and how many credits you've earned from referrals so far.
    • Got a promo code from somewhere else — a business card, an ad, a friend outside the referral program? A new "Have a promo code?" box on your Account page adds its credits to your balance in one step.

    Fifty sample job postings to practice on

    • No job posting handy? Browse fifty realistic sample postings covering everything from software engineering to marketing, sales, finance, operations, HR and healthcare admin.
    • In the app, pick one of these sample postings and see your resume's match score right away — it's free, and nothing is saved unless you choose to keep it.
    • Like what you see for a posting? Turn on full AI tailoring for that same one whenever you're ready — a paid step, with the cost always shown before it runs.
    • The same fifty postings are also on the website, each with a sample listing, a typical salary range, and pointers on how that role's postings tend to be written badly.
    • A practice run only shows up in your application tracker if you ask it to — trying things out never clutters your real job search history.

    Four more ways to sign in — and one with no password at all

    • You can now sign in with Microsoft, LinkedIn, GitHub or Apple, alongside the Google and email options that were already there. Use whichever account you already have.
    • Rather not deal with a password? Pick "Email me a sign-in link instead" on the sign-in page and we'll send you a link that signs you straight in.
    • Use a different provider next time and you land in the same account, as long as it's the same email address — your plan, credits and documents come with you.
    • The sign-in page now marks whichever method you used last on this device, so you don't have to remember which one you picked.
  12. Improved

    Updating: no need to uninstall first

    • Already have Crush Job? You never need to uninstall the old version to update. Crush Job keeps itself up to date automatically, and you can force a check any time from "Check for Updates" in the Hub.
    • Prefer to reinstall by hand? Just run CrushJobInstaller.exe straight over the top — your profiles, documents, and saved keys stay untouched. "Apps & features" is only for removing Crush Job entirely.

    A one-click installer for Windows

    • The Windows download is now a small installer — CrushJobInstaller.exe — that opens a branded window, fetches the full Crush Job app, and installs it for you. No more sitting through one giant download before setup even starts.
    • Want the full installer up front, or need to get around antivirus on the small one? It's always available as a direct download on GitHub.
  14. New

    Buy straight from pricing — plans, passes, and credit packs

    • No more detour through a waitlist — pick a plan or a 90-day pass right on /pricing and check out on the spot.
    • Credit packs (extra AI usage on top of your plan) are now shown on the pricing page too, not just tucked behind sign-in. Pick one before you even have an account — we pick up the purchase the moment you finish signing up.
    • The 90-day passes are back: a single payment that ends on its own after 90 days, no subscription or cancellation involved.
  15. Improved

    A new look for the site

    • New homepage, a refreshed color palette, and the real Crush Job fist logo in every spot that used to carry the placeholder.
    • The new logo now shows up in your inbox too — account confirmations, password resets, and purchase receipts all carry it.
    • Cleaned up a few rough edges along the way, including a duplicated error page and some dead admin links.

    Plainer names for the plans

    • The plans say what they are: Free, Interview Ready, and All Access. Prices and what's included are exactly the same — only the names changed.
    • The one-time 90-day pass is now Get Hired Fast, with two ways in: Interview Ready — 90 Days and All Access — 90 Days. Still a single purchase that never auto-renews.
    • Founding-member pricing is now called the early bird price. Same deal, same discount: a rate you lock before public launch, and it's yours for the life of your subscription.

    Rezi Dicer is now Rezi Ninja

    • The resume-tailoring module has a new name — Rezi Ninja — and a sharper look. Same tool: the tailoring engine, the match score, and the application tracker all work exactly as before.
    • Your data carries over untouched. Run history, tailored resumes, saved scores, and settings all migrate automatically the first time you open the new version.
    • The match score is now the Ninja Score.

    Accounts & gated downloads

    • Create a free Crush Job account with email or one-click Google sign-in.
    • Download the desktop suite straight from your account — your workbook is ready the moment you install.
    • Your account dashboard shows your plan and lets you manage the devices linked to it.
