What Crush Job is, and isn't
A desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux with four modules: Rezi Ninja tailors your resume to a posting, Interview Killer builds an interview battle card, Mock It! runs scored mock interviews, and Crush Coach shows AI-suggested notes during a live interview.
Crush Coach has an overlay setting, "Hide overlay from screen shares", which is on by default and can be turned off in its settings. It is a display setting, not a promise about what anyone on a call can or cannot see.

- It does not guarantee interviews, offers or employment.
- It is not a recruiter, a staffing agency or a job board, and it never asks you for a fee to apply for work.
