These terms govern your use of the Crush Job website, account, and subscriptions at crushjob.ai. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them. Crush Job is operated by Crush Job LLC, a Washington limited liability company.

The service

Crush Job is a desktop software suite for the job hunt, distributed as a download. The website provides accounts, subscriptions, and support. AI usage is included in your plan: Crush Job LLC supplies the AI provider capacity the suite runs on, and your use of it draws down the credit allowance attached to your plan. You do not supply an AI provider key, and no AI provider bills you directly.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal.
• Early bird pricing is a presale rate locked for the life of the subscription.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering to circumvent licensing, no reselling access, and no unlawful use. You retain ownership of the content you create with the suite.

Disclaimers

Crush Jobis a tool to assist your job search. It does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. The service is provided "as is," without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crush Job is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
