Built to run on your machine

Crush Job is a desktop app, and that's a deliberate choice. Your files and your history live on your own machine rather than in our database, and nothing of yours is kept on our servers unless you turn on Cloud Sync. There's no bot sitting in your meeting.

The AI work can't happen on your PC, though, and we'd rather say so than imply otherwise: resume and job-posting text goes to Anthropic, and live interview audio goes to AssemblyAI or Deepgram for transcription. Those requests route through our servers to reach the provider, and we record only token counts, model names and operation labels — never the content. The Privacy Policy names all of it.

The AI usage is included. There's no provider key to sign up for and no second bill — the AI runs on our accounts, and every plan carries a monthly credit allowance your usage draws from. A built-in dashboard meters every action, so you can see exactly what a tailored resume or a mock interview cost, and the caps are printed on the pricing page.
