Yoodli alternative: mock interviews that score what you say

Yoodli has moved toward team roleplay and enablement. Here's what its site says today, and how Crush Job differs as a tool built for one job hunt.

In short:

Yoodli is an AI roleplay platform for communication coaching, and as of October 10, 2026 its site pitches team enablement and roleplays, with no interview-prep page of its own. Crush Job is built for one job hunt end to end. Mock It!, one of its four modules, scores a spoken mock interview from 0 to 100.

Yoodli is a genuinely good tool, and worth being specific about what it's built for — because a team roleplay platform and a tool made for one person's job hunt aren't the same product.

We've written about what a spoken AI mock interview session should actually practice — Yoodli covers real ground on that list, just not all of it.

What does Yoodli offer for interview practice?

Yoodli's homepage describes "roleplay coaching powered by AI," with "real-time feedback on your content, delivery, and progress over time" and AI-powered follow-up questions. It also lists speaking analytics such as pacing, conciseness and sentence starters. Its multi-persona roleplays can simulate an interview panel, among other scenes.

As of October 10, 2026, though, Yoodli has no interview-prep page of its own: the interview-prep addresses we tried return "Page Not Found," and its navigation doesn't list one. Its pricing page still mentions interview prep among uses for individuals.

Where is Yoodli headed?

Yoodli's site now pitches team enablement and roleplays. Its footer lists use cases such as Sales Training, Customer Support Training, Onboarding & Certification, Public Speaking, Partner Enablement and Speech Coaches, and its higher plans add team dashboards, rubric-based scoring, SSO and integrations. Interview prep looks like one use case among several now, not the core focus. That's a reasonable business to be in; it's just a different bet than a tool built specifically for the job hunt.

How is Crush Job different?

Crush Job is built for one job hunt, end to end: Rezi Ninja tailors your resume, Interview Killer builds your battle cards, Mock It! runs a spoken mock interview with an AI interviewer that follows up and scores the session from 0 to 100, and Crush Coach shows live notes from your own prep in the real interview. Mock It! draws its questions from your target posting, so you rehearse the interview you're about to have.

At a glance, based on what this post covers:

  • Yoodli: an AI roleplay platform for communication coaching, with a recent focus on team enablement.
  • Crush Job: one desktop app for one person's job hunt, with Mock It! scoring a spoken mock interview from 0 to 100.

What does Yoodli cost?

Yoodli has a free tier and paid tiers. As of October 10, 2026, its pricing page lists a free Starter tier (5 lifetime sessions), a Pro tier with up to 10 roleplays per week, and an Advanced tier with unlimited roleplays. See Yoodli's own pricing page for current prices.
